Leb-i Derya is a nice restaurant at the roof of a building with a unique view of Anatolian side, historical part, famous mosques and maidens tower. The food is an assortment of dishes from different cuisines and really good. On the other hand, it's expensive (pay for scene, not for served), the tables are very closed to each other, crowded and as a result service is not good. Reservation is a must especially for weekends. I advice you to give a visit for a few drinks at sunset. On the Istiklal str. you'll notice "Richmond Hotel" on your left, pass the hotel and turn left (Kumbaracıbaşı yokuşu). Walk down few meters and you'll notice it on your right. Also, there's a new branch inside the "Richmond Hotel" with modern decoration, rest is same.
